Pubdoku

How the game works

Each grid has three row clues and three column clues. Tap an empty square and name a London pub that satisfies both of that square's clues. Correct answers stay on the grid; incorrect ones only add to your guess count. A pub can be used once per grid.

Where the pub information comes from

Pubs are drawn from public information about London pubs and then checked by hand before they are used in a puzzle. Pubs change constantly — they rename, refurbish, change hands and close — so some details will inevitably go out of date.

Your progress

There are no accounts. Your progress, guesses, time and streak are stored locally in your own browser, so they stay on the device you played on and clearing your browser data clears them.

What Pubdoku is not

It is a game for entertainment, not a pub guide, a recommendation service or a source of opening times. Please do not rely on it to plan a night out.
